Fiona is a professional and highly skilled leader with a commitment to increasing organisational profits whilst building strong client relationships through the delivery of excellent service.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of International Business; an Associate Diploma in Marketing; a Graduate Diploma in Language, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Fiona comes from a strong hospitality background and began her career with Morris as a Marketing Assistant in 1997. Since accepting the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2004, Fiona has committed to improving Morris’ high quality service and enhancing the company’s already unparalleled reputation. Fiona is practical, and results-focused, and believes that supporting employees throughout the process is just as important as the result itself. Under Fiona’s leadership, Morris has been quality-accredited in the areas of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality. Revenue and profit have, on average, doubled annually since Fiona’s appointment to her current role.

Fiona’s focus on quality and in positioning Morris as experts in fast mobilisation (delivering on client’s expectations ‘yesterday’) is clearly paying off.
