• Promoting a “No Blame” culture where harm to our people through work is unacceptable
• Developing and implementing standards that far exceed minimum requirements
• Identifying and reducing the risks of all process activities that may have the potential to harm and cause personal injury or occupational illness
• Investigation of all accidents, incidents and occurrences with control measures implemented and reviewed to ensure elimination of initial breakdown.
• Continual training and supervision to improve individual’s understanding of safe systems of work including emergency procedures
• Consultation with staff on all HSE issues
• Providing adequate systems and resources to effectively manage rehabilitation and return to work processes
• Measuring TRIFR daily
• Measuring against targets

Environment

Morris is very aware of our responsibility and the role we play in ensuring that the operation of the village occurs with the least possible impact to the environment.

• Consultation with staff on all environmental issues
• Providing adequate systems and resources to effectively manage environmental rehabilitation

Morris will develop an Environmental Management Plan specific to your site and in line with your environmental targets & objectives. The Environmental Management Plan includes the training of residents on recycling and waste disposal. We offer a number of cost effective initiatives that have been tried and tested at other remote sites we operate.
