Job: Chef/Managers

We are currently recruiting for Chef/Managers across Queensland.

These positions are generally based on a 2 week on 1 week off roster – drive in drive out.

 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 5 years’ service as a qualified cook/chef in a high volume environment
• Management experience on site
• A passion for leading and motivating staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound budgeting, business planning and report writing experience.
• Excellent computer skills including strong Excel skills
• HACCAP knowledge
• Previous experience training and developing staff.
• A demonstrated proactive approach to safety
