The role will encompass the end to end cooking process with plenty of variety. With the support of a kitchen team, you will be managing the preparation of food, planning menu’s, food ordering, planning and delivering themed evenings/ special meals , stock management, ensuring food hygiene regulations and HAACCP procedures are being followed, waste management and training and developing your team.

A minimum of 2-3 years service as a cook/chef in a high volume environment and HAACCP knowledge is essential as well as having completed relevant qualifications.

Experience of cooking on a remote mine site and function catering is desirable but not essential.

You will need to complete a pre employment medical including drug and alcohol screening as part of the application process.
