Due to continuous growth and expansion in our business, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Managers to help us continue to develop and grow while playing a part in our company’s future.

Within a managing role at Morris Corporation, you will  be overseeing and leading a team of people to deliver a first class quality hospitality service.
In this busy environment, you will be involved in:
  • Networking and building strong business relationships with our customers
  • Regularly analysing business performance
  • Conducting budget and financial planning for the site
  • Ensuring that the project is HSE compliant
  • Delivering performance reports, managing weekly meeting and setting short term and long term priorities is a key part of the role.
  • Leading your team to deliver great service by providing support, training and development to staff.
You will possess:
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of the mining, accommodation and hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at the highest level
  • Sound budgeting, business planning and report writing experience.
  • Excellent computer skills including strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience training and developing staff.
The majority of our positions are based on a 2:1 roster.
All Queensland roles are drive in drive out with accommodation and meals provided whilst working.
