Relief Pool Coordinator

Due to substantial growth within our business we are now seeking a Relief Pool Coordinator to establish, maintain and coordinate an effective Relief Pool of skilled candidates to support our WA sites.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Western Australia, the Relief Pool Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
  • Recruitment of Relief Pool staff in accordance with Morris policies and procedures
  • Coordinating rostering of staff over all sites to cover annual leave, extended personnel leave and unplanned absences
  • Ensuring all staff meet the site specific requirements in terms of licensing, inductions and qualifications
  • Arranging medicals, inductions, uniforms and onboarding
  • Liaising with site managers, operation managers and the recruitment team for manning levels
  • Visit sites to understand roles and responsibilities of Morris line staff
The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, rostering and staffing coordination and ideally have had exposure to the mining and or hospitality industry.
This position will offer flexible part time hours for the suitable candidate.
